I calculated a horary asking the name of the bomber. The Asc was Scorpio, so we look at Mars and Pluto.
The Dsc is Taurus so we can either look at the moon on that 7th House cusp or at Venus, which is at 16 degrees 18 minutes inAries, making that the 8th step of Aries, which is Scorpio.
So, in both cases of Moon and Venus, water is related to that last name.
The first name could be related to Mars or as the name of the Mars graphic is in Aquarian Age Astrology (Countess Penny Marks), a male bomber might have thevfirst name of Mark and last name related to water.
I guess middle name would be Pluto related since Pluto is co-ruler with Mars of Scorpio.
The nsme Conditt means water conduit.
The Austin Bomber's name is Mark Anthony Conditt. Oh, to be a little smarter with the ability to just see Mark Conditt.
